Percentage of skipping breakfast among Korean people, 2007-2016
The percentage of skipping breakfast among Korean people aged 1 year and over had been deteriorated by 3.0 percentage points (%p), from 22.2% in 2007 to 25.2% in 2016 (Figure A). The data indicated that approximately one out of four people skipped breakfast in 2016, with the highest proportion of 52.6% among those aged 19-29 years (Figure B).
