Influenza weekly surveillance report(week 39, 2023)

Sep 24 to 30, 2023 (Week 39)  


1. ILI(Influenza like Illness) surveillance

In week 39 2023, overall weekly influenza-like illness (ILI) rate was 20.8‰, which was higher 17.3‰ recorded in the previous week.


2. Virus surveillance

In week 38 2023, out of the 347 respiratory specimens, 45 samples (13.0%) were positive for influenza virus. (9 for A/H3N2, 36 for A/H1N1pdm09)
