NCCP is established and operated in accordance with Article 8 of the "Act on the Promotion of Collection, Management, and Utilization of Pathogen

Resources". NCCP established a network to secure, make into a resource, manage, and distribute pathogen resources. NCCP operates an information

system on pathogen resources.
