China (Human Infection with Animal Influenza)
- Guangdong, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Guizhou, Sichuan, Chongqing, Hunan, Hubei

- Madagascar, Democratic Republic of the Congo
- China (Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region) is also included in the plague management area
