Objective
To improve the quality of life for individuals infected with HIV by supporting their social integration, which is compromised due to social discrimination and prejudice against AIDS, placing them in psychologically, socially, and economically vulnerable situations.

Operation of a Shelter for HIV-infected individuals
Objective
To encourage social reintegration by providing accommodation and programs for patients who have been discharged after hospitalization and HIV-infected individuals who need short-term housing
Target
HIV-infected individuals in need of short-term housing facilities
Admission method
Admission decision is made after assessing the possibility of shelter living through a consultation with the responsible person.
Duration of stay
6 months to 12 months
Support provided
Providing accommodation and a comfortable resting place for HIV-infected individuals who need care for their health or are trying to become independent

Support Program for Vulnerable Individuals with Infections
Objective
To establish a basis for positive social adaptation and improvement of quality of life by providing services to vulnerable individuals with infections who are experiencing economic and psychosocial difficulties, and to ensure they can live as members of the community.
Target
Vulnerable HIV-infected individuals (homeless and unaccompanied, pregnant women, foreigners, individuals entering and exiting correctional facilities)
Support provided
- Living stability support: housing cost assistance, transportation cost assistance, administrative cost assistance, clothing assistance, and essential goods support
- Correctional facility support: funding for book purchases, support for personal items, correspondence, and visitation counseling
- Emotional stability support: face-to-face counseling and phone counseling
- External resource connection: home-based welfare meal support, medical cost assistance, and shelter connection
